Sports and games are an essential part of education and student life. They are not just for entertainment but play a vital role in keeping our body and mind healthy. Regular participation in sports makes our muscles strong, improves blood circulation, and keeps us physically fit. Besides physical health, sports also refresh our mind and remove the stress of daily studies. Furthermore, playing team games like football or cricket teaches us unity, discipline, and leadership. It helps to build a strong character and teaches us how to accept both victory and defeat. Therefore, every student must actively participate in sports to build a sound mind in a sound body.
